Cenarion Circle

ar is brewing in the distant lands of Silithus. All over the world, men and women are gearing up for one final push into the heart of the Qiraji empire to end the threat which has been lying in wait, barely contained behind the barrier erected by the Night Elven druids and the mighty dragon Anachronos during the climactic battle at the end of the War of the Shifting Sands. Ever since that fateful day, the members of the Cenarion Circle have kept a close watch on the wastes from their base at Cenarion Hold at the center of northern Silithus. There, the Night Elven and Tauren disciples of the magnificent demigod Cenarius have been waiting for the time when a hero would step forward to unleash the might of all the mortal races against the sinister Qiraji and their innumerable legions of Silithid minions. But the druids have not been idle during their long watch; they have crafted formidable weapons, armors and enchanted ornaments to assist all those who will brave the terrors of Ahn'Qiraj. Adventurers who have proven their worth in battle against the Qiraji forces beyond the Scarab Wall will be granted access to the ancient order's arsenal.

At last, the long watch has ended - the hero has risen, to mend that which was broken, to unite those who were divided. But the true test is yet to come. When the gates of Ahn'Qiraj open, will the mortal races stand united once again and face the onrushing terror. or will they fade silently into the darkness that has risen once again in the distant lands of Silithus?

Tips

Here are some tips to help you gain Cenarion Circle reputation. The Gates of Ahn'Qiraj must be open on your realm to enable some of these quests and rewards.

Kill! Kill! Kill!
Kill Twilight Cultists for 1 reputation each until you reach Honored reputation. If you have a group or a helper you can kill them more quickly for faster reputation gains. This can take a long time, but the rewards are worth it. You can also collect Twilight Sets used for summonings which can enable more reputation gains. You can kill Twilight Flamereavers for 1 reputation point until you reach Revered reputation.

Do Repeatable Quests

  • You can continue to repeat the Field Duty quests to gain reputation and badges. This will typically require a small group. The Field Duty quest gives 25 reputation each time you repeat it. After completing the initial Field Duty quest, you can select Combat, Logistics, or Tactical quests which give a related badge for each quest type. The completion of these quests gives 50 reputation.
    • Combat badges will typically require a group to earn. It is possible to earn them solo depending on your equipment, skill level, and class.
    • Logistics badges can be soloed. These are earned by gathering materials. Often you can buy these materials at the auction house. This requires gold to complete but allows you to trade gold for reputation which saves time.
    • Tactical Badges typically require a group but can be soloed sometimes.
    • If you turn in one Combat Badge, one Logistics badge, and one Tactical badge all at once via the Allegiance to the Cenarion Circle quest, you can gain 200 reputation. This is a good option if you're not saving the badges for any of the Volunteer, Veteran, Stalwarts, or Champion Battlegear.
  • One of the most common methods of gaining rep solo is to gather Encrypted Twilight texts. These are dropped by Twilight Cultists mainly located at three camps in Silithus. There is also an Elite Twilight Prophet that drops multiple texts wandering in the region with a powerful escort. You need to collect 10 text for each turn-in for reputation. You gain 100 reputation per turn-in. You can buy these texts from other players in the region or on the auction house for quicker reputation gains. Many players get them on their own by killing Twilight Cultists.
  • Another repeatable quest you can do is the Abyssal Crest turn-ins. You need to get three of them for each turn-in. You gain 50 reputation. You also get a bag of spoils that contains cool things and sometimes things you can sell at the auction house. You can buy Abyssal Crests on the auction house or get them by killing the "tier 1 summons." You summon these monsters by gathering a Twilight Cultist set (Robe/Shoulders/Cap), equipping them, and clicking on the Lesser Wind Stone at one of the Twilight Cultist camps in Silithus. Some characters are capable of soloing these summons while others will need a group or another player to help them.
Complete Quests
Many quests in Silithus can give you Cenarion Circle reputation when you complete them. Finish as many quests as you can. Some quests can be soloed, some require groups, while others may require a raid. Some players recommend waiting until the end of Honored reputation before doing the quests because at that point you can no longer gain reputation by killing Twilight Cultists. You can kill Twilight Flamereavers up to Revered.
  • Cenarion Hold: Go to Cenarion Hold base in Silithus and complete as many quests as you can. These give you Cenarion Circle reputation.
  • Travel around Silithus and complete any quests you can from the NPCs in the zone. Valor's Rest is another quest hub at the bottom of the region.
  • Complete the quests for Ruins of Ahn'Qiraj
Try Abyssal Summons
There are increasingly powerful summons available in Silithus. First, you summon tier 1 summons (Templars), then use the items you gain to summon tier 2 summons (Dukes), and then tier 3 summons (Lords). At the highest level, you'll likely need a small raid to kill the monsters you summon. These monsters give reputation with Cenarion Circle when you slay them. The Duke summonings are the best for reputation gains. This is because the tier 3 summons only provide 25 more reputation while requiring a lot more components to summon them than the tier 2 summons. You gain the most reputation for killing the Dukes vs. summoning components required.

Dungeon Crawl
Spend as much time as you can in the Ruins of Ahn'Qiraj killing "trash" monsters and bosses. This can allow you to quickly gain reputation with Cenarion Circle. You will of course need a raid to be successful at this so this isn't always within your control. You can also gain some Cenarion Circle reputation by turning in Qiraji Lord's Insignias gained by killing AQ40 bosses (Temple of Ahn'Qiraj). You can also gain a lot of reputation by killing C'Thun, the boss of AQ40.
