1. Eligibility. BLIZZARD ENTERTAINMENT, INC., A DELAWARE CORPORATION (referred to herein as "SPONSOR") IS THE SPONSOR OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES. THE WORLD OF WARCRAFT FIVE YEAR ANNIVERSARY SWEEPSTAKES (THE "SWEEPSTAKES") IS OPEN ONLY TO RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES (EXCLUDING THE U.S. TERRITORIES AND POSSESSIONS), CANADA (EXCLUDING THE PROVINCE OF QUEBEC), AND NEW ZEALAND, WHO: (i) ARE OF THE AGE OF MAJORITY IN THEIR COUNTRY OF RESIDENCE; (ii) HAVE REGISTERED A WORLD OF WARCRAFT USER ACCOUNT IN GOOD STANDING AS OF OCTOBER 26, 2009; AND (iii) ARE NOT RESIDENTS OF THE PROVINCE OF QUEBEC, CANADA ("ENTRANTS"). IF YOU DO NOT MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS, YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO ENTER OR WIN A PRIZE IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. World of Warcraft account registrants must have a World of Warcraft user account in good standing during the Sweepstakes period to be eligible for this Sweepstakes. For a World of Warcraft account to be in "good standing" it must be active, fully paid up, and not subject to a permanent ban for any violation of the World of Warcraft Terms of Use Agreement, which may be viewed at http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/legal/termsofuse.html. Sponsor directors, officers and employees of Sponsor, Nvidia, Steelseries, ASUS, and their respective parents, affiliate companies, subsidiaries, agents, professional advisors, advertising and promotional agencies (collectively, "Released Parties"), and immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and household members, whether or not related, of each are not eligible to enter or win any prizes. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Sweepstakes is void in the U.S. territories and possessions and where prohibited. Limit one entry per World of Warcraft account, and an individual entrant may only win one prize during the Sweepstakes. In the event of any dispute, entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the World of Warcraft account.

2. Disclaimer. Released Parties are not be responsible for: (a) lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, misdirected, undelivered or garbled entries; (b) lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or (c) other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prizes or in any Sweepstakes-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes.

3. Sweepstakes Period. The Sweepstakes shall commence on October 26, 2009 at 12:01 AM Pacific Time ("PT"), and end on November 23, 2009 at 11:59 PM PT ("Sweepstakes Period").

4. Entry into the Sweepstakes. All World of Warcraft subscribers who meet the eligibility requirements for the Sweepstakes set forth in Section 1 above are automatically entered into the Sweepstakes, subject to the eligibility for the prize drawings set forth in Section 5 below.

5. Prizes. Potential winners of the Sweepstakes will be chosen at random as follows:

1) Three (3) qualified entrants who created an account on or before November 23, 2004, will be announced as winners to receive a prize package consisting of One (1) ASUS ENGTX260/HTDI/896M Nvidia video card with an approximate retail value of $149.99, and One (1) Game Card redeemable for one (1) year of World of Warcraft game time with an approximate retail value of $169.99; and One (1) Autographed Onyxia Print with an approximate retail value of $19.99.

2) Two (2) qualified entrants who created an account on or before November 23, 2004, will be announced as winners to receive a prize package consisting of: One (1) ASUS Republic of Gamers 3D Vision enhanced laptop with an approximate retail value of $2,499.00, One (1) Game Card redeemable for one (1) year of World of Warcraft game time with an approximate retail value of $155.88; and One (1) Autographed Onyxia Print with an approximate retail value of $19.99.

6. Odds of Winning. Odds of winning a prize depend on the total number of eligible entrants for the applicable drawings. Nonwinning eligible entrants from one drawing will be included in subsequent drawings for prizes in the same Sweepstakes. ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY PRIZE AS WELL AS ANY COSTS AND EXPENSES ASSOCIATED WITH ACCEPTANCE AND USE OF A PRIZE ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNERS. Prizes returned as undeliverable or otherwise not claimed within the time period specified by Sponsor will be forfeited and, at Sponsor's discretion, awarded to an alternate winner for the drawing at issue. Prizes are not transferable. No substitutions or exchanges (including for cash) of any prizes will be permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) of comparable or greater value for any prize. Limit one prize per household or address. All prizes are awarded "AS IS" and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied, (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose). All prize details are at Sponsor's sole discretion.

7. Determination of Winners. Sponsor shall hold a random drawing to determine the winners for the prizes listed above during the week beginning Monday, October 26, 2009. Each potential winner will be announced in accordance with Section 5 above on the website located at www.worldofwarcraft.com by announcing the name of the character, and the server that the character is assigned to, which has the most time played on the user account registered by the winner. Additionally, potential winners will be notified by e-mail within five (5) days thereafter. To claim a prize, potential winners should follow the instructions contained in their notification. Entrants whose names or screen names are posted on the website as winners are not eligible to receive a prize until the verification process has been completed and they have complied with all requirements imposed on winners set forth herein. Each entrant can only win one (1) prize during the Sweepstakes Period.

8. Affidavit & Release. . As a condition of being awarded any prize, potential winners may be required to execute and deliver to Sponsor within a specified time period an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability and, unless prohibited by law, Publicity. Failure to do so within the time period specified or noncompliance with these Official Rules will result in disqualification and Sponsor may, at its discretion, award the prize to an alternate winner for the drawing at issue.

9. Collection of Information. The information necessary to operate the Sweepstakes was collected by Sponsor at the time that each Eligible Entrant registered the World of Warcraft account that is necessary to be eligible for the Sweepstakes, and without limiting Sponsor's rights under its privacy policies with regards to its use of the information, will be used to contact you specifically for operation of the Sweepstakes. Information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will otherwise be collected in accordance with Sponsor's privacy policy, available at http://us.blizzard.com/en-us/company/about/privacy.html. By agreeing to these Official Rules, you are also agreeing to the terms of Sponsor's privacy policy.

10. General Release. By participating, eligible individuals agree to release and hold harmless Released Parties from any liability whatsoever, and waive any and all causes of action, related to any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes or delivery, misdelivery, acceptance, possession, use of or inability to use any prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses and damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light, whether intentional or unintentional), whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty or other theory.

11. Winners List, Rules Request. For a copy of the winners list, send a stamped, self-addressed, business-size envelope after December 1, 2009 and before April 30, 2010 to Sponsor at the following address: "World of Warcraft Five Year Anniversary Sweepstakes -Winners List," c/o Blizzard Entertainment, P.O. Box 18979, Irvine CA 92612. To obtain a copy of these rules, send a stamped, self-addressed business-size envelope to Sponsor at the following address: "World of Warcraft Five Year Anniversary Sweepstakes -Rules Request, c/o Blizzard Entertainment, P.O. Box 18979, Irvine CA 92612. Residents of WA and VT may omit return postage on rules requests.

13. Miscellaneous. The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules will be governed, construed and interpreted under the laws of the United States. Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor and judges, which are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right to change these Official Rules at any time, in its sole discretion, and to suspend or cancel the Sweepstakes or any entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes should viruses, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or other causes affect the administration, security or proper play of the Sweepstakes or Sponsor otherwise becomes (as determined in its sole discretion) incapable of running the Sweepstakes as planned. If terminated, Sponsor may, at its discretion, select the potential winner(s) for the Sweepstakes and/or drawing at issue from all eligible, non-suspect entries received for that Sweepstakes and/or drawing prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. Entrants who violate these Official Rules, tamper with the operation of the Sweepstakes or engage in any conduct that is detrimental or unfair to Sponsor, the Sweepstakes or any other entrant (in each case as determined in Sponsor's sole discretion) are subject to disqualification from entry into the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to lock out persons whose eligibility is in question or who have been disqualified or are otherwise ineligible to enter the Sweepstakes. 14. Contest Sponsor. The sponsor of the Contest is Blizzard Entertainment.
