A: The account you are given will have one character of each class. An items list for each class is available here (download free viewer here).

A: No, there is only one race per class.

A: No, special seating requests will not be accommodated.

Q: What will I need to do before joining the queue?
A: First you will need to choose your template character and name it. Next you should distribute all your talent points. If any talents allow you to purchase skills, you can use the class trainer to do so. If you usually play with different hotkey, you will need to set these up before entering the queue. Finally join with your registered team mates in a Raid.

Q: How will I find my team mates?
A: We will have a roster list of teams and player names on the Battle.net and WorldofWarcraft.com websites.

Q: What UI mods are going to be allowed?
A: A list of non-sanctioned mods will be available at the signup table in the Blizzard BYOC section.

Q: What do I need to do if my team wins the match?
A: First, take a screenshot of the final score card (press the Print Screen key on your keyboard). Next have one member of your team stand up and flag a Blizzard representative down. We will record the score and let you know when the next match is set to begin.

Q: Since Horde cannot play against another Horde team, how will the brackets work?
A: The first round will have an even number of Horde and Alliance teams. In the second round, there may be an uneven number of teams. In this case, we will randomly choose teams to change to the other faction to create an balanced number of teams.
